How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I add custom text or names?
Yes! Many products offer options for custom text such as family names, dates, and messages. Select the option at checkout and enter your text.
Can I upload a photo?
Yes, select products allow photo uploads. Please upload a high-resolution JPG or PNG (300 DPI recommended) for best print quality. Maximum file size is 10 MB.
My photo is low resolution. What happens?
If we notice your photo may not print clearly, we’ll contact you before production begins.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom item?
Personalized items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
What is your return policy for standard items?
Standard (non-personalized) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
