Custom & Personalized Items
Because our temple models and night lights are made to order — especially those with custom text, names, or uploaded photos — these items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
Standard items without personalization may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@templeglowboutique.store with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@templeglowboutique.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible for custom items.
